Professional Consultant

Max Chickite is one of the founders of the Driftwood-Carving Competition.  It was started on July 1st, 1996 and this year was the eleventh Anniversary.   He makes movie sets for a living in Victoria and he is probably one of the fastest carvers at the competition.  When not working, Max lives in Campbell River.

You can view Max's carving "Tribute to Haig-Brown" at River Sportsman.
