It took pro carver Gord Langston of Sidney, B.C., only a few hours to turn his piece of log into "Tribute to Don Poisson" an obvious likeness of Don Poisson. Hard to know who got more mileage out of this realistic carving, Gord or Don. But for sure, the skill and dexterity with which Gord worked allotted him plenty of time to help other less experienced carvers, who were grateful for his input
